Cranes Associate VP delivers technical lecture at the famed NAFEMS World Congress.
Bangalore, June 13, 2007: Dr. B Sreehari Kumar, Associate VP – CAE R&D services, has recently delivered a technical lecture at the famed NAFEMS World Congress at Vancouver, Canada.
The 11th edition of NAFEMS World Congress is being held at the spectacular waterside Westin Bayshore hotel at Vancouver. The conference was attended by more then 500 people from world over. The conference received more than 200 papers submitted by senior engineers and scientists across the globe.
The 11th NAFEMS World Congress primarily covered many aspects of simulation with a particular focus on appropriate deployment of simulation that can lead to a further competitive advantage for various industries.
Dr. Sreehari's Paper, based on “Seismic Analysis Methodologies and Applications” was well received by industry expert in the FEA domain who were present in this conference.
Dr. Sreehari Kumar has done PhD in structural engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and has more than 15 years of industry experience. He has been one of the key personnel behind the development of NISA – suite of FEA software, a premier software used in most FEA practioners worldwide. Dr. Kumar also has more than 20 research papers to his credit.
